Capital Psychology Clinic is committed being an accessible service, which means finding the best way to support you in any situation. We understand that it may not always be feasible for you to come to the clinic to attend your sessions. Therefore, if remote sessions from your home or other locations are more suitable for you and are clinically appropriate and remain confidential, we are more than happy to accommodate you. Our mission focuses on providing a high level of support, whether it's for assessment, group therapy, or a one-on-one session with a clinician.
There are some services that can only be provided in person, such as child assessments, but our admin team will be happy to explain this further with you.
Feeling supported at Capital Psychology Clinic is of utmost importance, and we recognize that everyone faces different challenges in achieving it. These challenges could range from work schedules, childcare issues to feeling uneasy in unfamiliar surroundings. With our Telehealth sessions, we have been able to serve clients nationwide for several years now. All psychologists on the team provide Telehealth services.
If you're interested in learning more about our Telehealth sessions, please contact us for additional information.
We use social media platforms to keep the community informed with updates about our team and the services we provide.
At times we may also provide general tools and resources to guide those on their mental health journey, however, we cannot guarantee that the tools and strategies we offer will work for your specific situation. We also want to remind our current and past clients that following or engaging with our social media pages may pose a risk to your privacy and confidentiality. Therefore, we encourage you to consider how you interact with us on social media, if this is a concern for you.
We understand that everyone's experiences are unique and complex. If you have personal questions or concerns, we strongly encourage you to seek professional support. Our social media pages are designed to provide general information and support, and they are not a replacement for one-on-one counselling.
We are available across a range of social media platforms to ensure that you can interact with us in the way that suits you best.
