- Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without providing notice, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session. If you have prepaid for a session, you will forfeit the payment for the missed appointment.
- Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. We require a minimum of 48 business hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling (please note that ‘business hours’ does not include weekends or public holidays). If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the session.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your session, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full fee.
- Payment: Cancellation fees must be paid in full before your next scheduled appointment.
- Exceptions: We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and we may be flexible in these situations. However, this is at our discretion and only in extraordinary circumstances.
Cancellations fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate. Please note that the cancellation policy is subject to periodic review, and the fees outlined may be increased without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes to our policy as soon as possible.
