Catherine Bylett is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, currently completing the clinical registrar program, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
Cath has experience working with people of varying ages, backgrounds and challenges. Her clinical experience has included working with individuals, families and groups suffering from a range of disorders: depression and other mood disorders; anxiety, panic and stress; low self-esteem; relationship problems; traumatic life events; substance misuse and addiction; anger management; grief and loss; and life dissatisfaction. Cath's work history includes a range of roles in human resources in the corporate sector for over 13 years, working to raise awareness of autism in a not-for-profit organisation, and working with adolescents in a boarding house. She is also a qualified distance running coach, tailoring training programs in coaching children, adolescents and adults to face challenges, overcome obstacles and reach their personal goals.
Prior to working within the field of psychology Cath has held a diverse range of roles, including working with adolescents in a high school boarding house; working to raise funding and awareness of the needs of children with autism in a not-for-profit organisation; and a range of roles in human resources in the corporate sector for over 13 years.
